Terms and Conditions of Service
Coaching, Mentoring, Consulting and Counselling
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the coaching or counselling services offered on www.justinecampbell.com.au (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use the Service.
1. Service Description
The Service is offered by Justine Campbell, and includes one-on-one coaching and therapy sessions OR group sessions for individuals seeking guidance and support in personal and professional development. Sessions may be conducted in-person or remotely, depending on the preferences of the client.
2. Fees and Payment
Fees for coaching and therapy sessions will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of services. Payment for services is due prior to the start of each session. Payment can be made through the website using the payment methods provided or via direct deposit to the account of Mindquest Group Australia Pty Ltd.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients may cancel a scheduled individual coaching or therapy session up to 24 hours prior to the start of the session without penalty. Group sessions cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. If a client cancels a session less than 24 hours prior to the start time, they will be charged the full session fee. If the coach therapist cancels a session, they will work with the client to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. Refunds will not be issued for completed coaching or therapy sessions.
4. Confidentiality
All therapy sessions will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law. The coach therapist will not disclose any information discussed in a therapy session to any third party without the client’s prior consent.
Under coaching arrangments, there may be times where the coach therapist requests permission to share information with a third party to facilitate a connection for her client and/or to promote the business of the client. These boundaries will be discussed and agreed upon in advance between the client and the coach therapist.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by the coach therapist, including but not limited to articles, videos, and other content, are the intellectual property of the coach therapist and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
The coach therapist is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Service. The coach therapist is not liable for any damages resulting from the actions or inactions of the client.
7. Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. By using the Service, you agree that any dispute arising under this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Australia.
8. Termination
The coach therapist may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. The client may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the coach therapist. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services rendered shall be due and payable.
9. Modification of Terms
The coach therapist may modify this Agreement at any time. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement on the website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any modifications to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the coach therapist with respect to the Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the coach therapist.
By using this Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
